Sophia L'Orange Kitten Rescue is a local group that specializes in helping to manage feral cat colonies via Trap, Neuter, and Return (TNR). They are dedicated volunteers, and they have a VERY LONG waiting list (months); however, depending on the situation or location, they may be able to provide help sooner.
